Day 1 | 31 Days of Making
I told myself I wanted to make more things this year. Might as well start somewhere
Hi yall! Today marks the start of a 31 day mini-challenge for myself. From now until Oct 21st, I'll be creating and posting something every day. If I'm honest, there will probably be a couple of times where I do a batch content day because I'm still too busy lol. (Batch content days are when you block time to just do a bunch of stuff at once and then schedule out the work that you've done, for folk who aren't familiar with the term/idea).
This time of year always feels a lil complicated for me, so I want to spend time getting back into a space where I'm just making or creating things.
Today's piece was putting out my newsletter: https://pizzayeti-makes.kit.com/posts/fall-got-here-way-too-soon-august-september-2025. I write a (kinda) monthly newsletter centered around a lot of the content creation work that I do. It's filled with game recommendations, thoughts on the state of creating while the world falls apart, and occasionally notes on books, board games, or ttrpgs that I'm looking at.
After this, all the 31 Days of Making Posts will probably be initially posted for members of the website. The content will span YouTube Videos or Shorts, lil writing pieces, or maybe even photographs. I'm just focused on making 1 thing every day for the next 31 days. I hope you'll follow along.
